Arrived really late at night, the young man working at reception was most helpful.
Rooms were exactly what they looked like online, and were also clean and well kept.
The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Pros: Great location, clean, kind, professional, reasonable price, great breakfast (recommend purchasing the breakfast but have an early dinner because you will need the room because it is pretty spectacular). The staff are friendly and quick to answer question. The staff is multi-lingual.
Cons: Because your are sleeping directly above a bar and restaurant that pride themselves in making sure you have a good time it is very loud in to the wee hours of the night and early day. Do not book here if sleep is essential to you. The restaurant is quite at around 12am and they start up again around 6am in preparation for breakfast.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was large and the beds were comfortable. You couldn't beat the location. It was right around the corner from the main square. It was so central!. The restaurant on the main floor was great. I would definitely recommend staying if you are in Prague.
Great location and breakfast! Staff was very welcoming and pleasant too. Very central in Old Town and would stay again. ‘Family room’ was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms) but only one had an air conditioner. Asked for fans for the other, which was super helpful and was still hot in July but it worked for us. Would stay again!
Really nice and greatly located hotel. It’s a bit noisy but we could get a good night sleep. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is friendly. We had a good time. The elevator can be a bit of a headache but with patience it’s all good.
I was so happy to stay at Palace U Kocku.it is clean and quite despite being in the middle of city. The hotel is surrounded by good places to eat,bars souvenir shops jewellers you name it.
I will definitely come back.

The location is unbeatable, you’re right in the center of the old town. Everything is a walking distance. Rooms were good, bathrooms were tiny, even in the suites. AC wasn’t working in a room and staff told us they couldn’t fix it till the following day. Staff were always on their phones with headphones on. They were a bit rude, they’d roll their eyes at questions. They’d always look upset at something. If they were my staff, they’d be gone.
The restaurant next door tho, had great staff and service, def recommend.
Perfect place to stay in Prague. Close to everything!! Clean and comfortable! A little noisy at nights because of the fabulous restaurant below Fat Cat. But totally worth it 🌟🌟 i will come back for sure
